NinZ Infinity Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO)

The NinZ Core team is building smart contracts for the NinZ Infinity Metaverse ecosystem through Binance's Smart Chain (“BSC”) blockchain.

These smart contracts enable community members to participate in the governance of the metaverse. These governance rights apply to specific games, development proposals and the spiritual direction of the NinZ Infinity project. This overall concept is referred to as the NinZ Infinity Decentralized Autonomous Organization ("NinZ DAO").

The NinZ Core team is creating the mechanics behind the NinZ DAO scheme. These will be announced at a later date.

Governance rights will be linked to the ownership of NinZ Infinity Metaverse assets including, but not limited, to the Genesis NinZ ("Shin0bi").

The NinZ Core team will be introducing a BSC-based governance system that enables eligible NinZ DAO stakeholders to vote for or against changes to NinZ Infinity. The governance system will be directly linked to elements of the metaverse, so that if NinZ DAO stakeholders reach consensus on a governance proposal, it is automatically implemented in NinZ Infinity.

The following are examples of items that may be voted on:

• NinZ Infinity sponsored tournament schedule, settings, and prizes;

• Gameplay balance updates;

• Quest, season, and leaderboard rewards;

• Battle settings;

• Clan metrics.
